Quick and easy ordering process - fast shipping - although the produce was not in full supply they sent what they had which was very much appreciated!
I received a call about the pricing - and some problem with posted costs - haven't seen the final order price but, when I called back I couldn't get a rep. - assume all is fine at this point.

Your item was back order and took about 2 weeks longer than I had expected, but price was 1/2 of WM.
Your company did keep me upated as to the item being out of stock etc.
Product was exactly as ordered but could have been packaged better. There was a little leakage during shipping but was able to wipe before displaying.

I didn't get all the answers I needed from you so I had to go to the manufacturer.
Tried to order yesterday and your link to shipping info wasn't working so had to wait to today. To make matters worse you send me an email reminding me that I didn't complete the order -- sorta like rubbing salt in sore point. Regarding the next question the only follow-up I am interested in is a significant discount on my next purchase. Otherwise lets not waste our time.

I used the toll free number to call to have a couple of questions answered although the phone rang extensively Jesse the person who helped me was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She helped me quickly and my order was placed without a glitch. Thank you.
I received my order promptly and it is different from the original and I have not used it yet. I hope to find that all is well upon the first initial use. The only thing that I have to complain about is that a few days after my purchase you sent me a coupon for 10% off for that same product. Would have been nice to have had that applied to my purchase at the time.
