As a member find site clunky and unable to get my $5.00 reward on my order, small issue but the time involved was a bit annoying compared to say BOE,nice of them to cancel part I ordered and replace it with improper part that was useless, an e-mail would've been nice rather than improvising

Hard to checkout

Easy to place order. The only problem that I had, these floats were a gift, and no where in check out was there a place for a message to be sent with them. They were shipped direct to them, so I had to tell them I was sending them, where they would know who they were from.
