Too much cost to ship. Why do you even ask if you don't follow up with a response...why give me boat5 and then boat10 discount if it wont allow me to enter the coupon code.?
Here are my issues.
1) Shipping cost $6.99 to expensive. For that cost I should receive order in 3 days.
2) Same product was listed on your EBAY store for less cost and FREE shipping? WHY
3) But you didn't let me apply my $20 store credit to EBAY store purchase so to use credit I am forced to pay more for the product and then pay SHIPPING. Not right.
4) Then I get notes for special bonus to complete purchase using code Boat5 and then Boat10, BUT can't use those codes when I use the $20 store credit I had.? Not right again.
5) Spoke with 2 customer service people and they were not able to help.
6) Basically finished the purchase just to use the credit and be done with the order. More effort than I wanted to put into a simple purchase. Too many conditions.

Easy to use site. I really like that when it comes to navigating a web site. Nice packaging and the product was just like advertised. Drawback...took 6 business days to get the items. Poor deivery. Everyone else can deliver in 3 days.
