Smooth so far,just hope the product works well in my 5 gal minnow bucket. When the aerator arrived I found that it was cracked,so contacted customer service by email,they said they would send me a label to return it, later they sent another email and ask if it were possible to send some pictures, we were able to do that, not long after sending the pictures received a call that they were sending me another aerator and not to bother to send the other one back. I have not tried the aerator yet but I am sure it well be fine so I would say my contact with "whole sale marine" was great. I would buy from them again.
