The carpet came in the wrong color, we ordered Taupe and received Green on a Friday, we had promised the customer to have the job finished by the following week. I called and spoke with customer service at 4PM. The CSR got on this for us and we had the correct color carpet FED X Monday AM. We were able to finish the job and deliver the boat on schedule. That is awesome customer service!
