Great site and prices are good. Promised fast shipping out of Cincy which is close to me. Back ordered smae parts and did not let em know until I called. Would have been nice to get and email saying what parts where back ordered.

Pay no attention to their website as to product availability. Of the 8 items i ordered only one in stock, even though they were all listed "in stock-shops today" online. Better call to confirm availibility. Also they substituted an oem parts kit for a Sierra parts kit i ordered. Normally this would be fine but in this case the oem kit did not include a critical part that was included with the Sierra kit. Should have asked first. Had to return the oem kit.

Disappointed with the shipping fee -would like to have seen free shipping over $ 100 - also disappointed items were back ordered and they could not tell me when more would be in stock. I cancelled back order and ordered my items elsewhere but next day someone from the shipping warehouse offered me a substitute - but it was too late - if only the salesperson had done that the day prior.
