The pedestal for my seat came very quickly since in was in stock. I waited nearly a month to get the rest of my order. Customer service could only say they had no control over the products since they were not in stock and the factory needed another week, then another week. When I finally received my order one of the seat was messed up. They will either have to send me a new seat or send me the part and I have to try to fix it myself.
Same part...2 part numbers...they seem to be exactly the same...
