There was some confusion at checkout. I gave all required info including payment and received a confirmation number but the next day I got a message saying I needed to complete my order. It was the weekend so I needed to wait until Monday and found my order did not go through. All else was great. Thanks.

Did not completely work as expected. Need to obtain additional glue / primer. Initially the guard was secure but on first use in the water the guard buckled and needs to be re-secured.

There is not enough details or pictures concerning the items, wiring and mountings, etc...

I ordered a livewell pump and when I receive it, I discovered what I thought was the livewell pump was the bilge pump (90 degree). I need to swap what I got for a "straight through" livewell pump. I have emailed the company twice for help in resolving this but have not heard back from anyone.

Easy to order-so far so good -----tested pump-seems to have a very strong output-should work great as long as it lasts a season or two. Thanks
