I received the first part of my order in a timely manner, however the steering cable had to be shipped to another address and we never received shipping confirmation, it just arrived. Had to call 3 times to deal with the situation.

Everything is as expected. My only issue was the trucking company somehow got my address incorrect. To avoid taking off another day from work I decided to drive the 2 hours and pick it up myself at the trucking terminal.

Just a little concerned with the picture of what i was buying, not showing all the pieces or a packing list made me shy away for awhile, put your description seemed to make it clear that i was getting; pump, tilt, and basal, i hope?

The order arrived quickly and was complete. I was disappointed that I had ordered a part I did not need because it was included in the other part. I did not know this and did not read it anywhere so now I have to return the part.
