Dear Whirlpool Customer Service, I am writing to inform you about an issue with my Whirlpool washing machine, which I purchased approximately 1. Months ago. The plastic dry Sppiner tub of the machine has been damaged in bottom side in running machine, which is affecting the proper functioning, especially the spinning cycle. Problem Details:

IMEI/Serial No: ************** Invoice Date: 10-06-2025 (flipkart) attached invoice Issue: The plastic sppiner tub has been damaged, causing the washing machine to malfunction during the dry spinning cycle. I contacted your customer service and was informed that the plastic tub is not covered under warranty. However, considering that the washing machine has been in use for only 1.months, I believe this could be a manufacturing defect rather than an issue caused by misuse. The fact that the damage occurred so soon after purchase suggests a possible fault in the materials used or a manufacturing defect. Request for Resolution:
Since the product is still under warranty, and this issue seems related to a defect, I kindly request a resolution. I would appreciate it if Whirlpool could consider this issue under warranty and provide one of the following: Replace or Repair of the damaged plastic tub at no cost to me. But still now not resolve my complaint

Hii this is Junaid Ahmed from kolar, I have purchased whirlpool 1.2 ton ac 5 months before. Now my ac is not working its a cooling issue. I have been complaining regarding my ac since 1 month no body is responding I have never received any call from your service team. I have spended 35k for this kind of service. Worst service I have experienced. Either repair my ac or refund my money. Otherwise I will took into the consumer court. And I will escalate this issue to MD level. My complaints numbers are [BAN*******094] [BAN*******115] [BAN*******805]
I Hope my ac will get repaired by tomorrow end of the day. Thanks and Regards

I rise a ticket for AC installation, but after one week i got slot today for kolkata-*******, but instead of apology they they ordering me to keep wait for few more days, i purchase the AC on 15th april 2023, it still not install in kolkata. They keep making excuse, like Eid / Sunday, the Whirlpool register service center, "South point servill" the guy name Asif iqbal Sardar and Dipshika, threaten me, that if i keep calling them they will make me wait for next week,, the exact word " i will not do your work, if you feel so much hot install your self, why you guy purchase AC in summer? I will not install your AC, do what ever you want to ". I found it very unprofessional, and i recommend all people in kolkata dont buy whirlpool products, today what i faced is very hurtful, i never knew the company like whirlpool keep such unprofessional service center, i will not buy whirlpool's any product in future.

The burner is still not working, this is the third technician visiting my home and fixing it, but the issue was not fixed properly, they were taken charge of each visit. It's not fair taking money from the customer without fixing it. Can you please replace it or fix the issue.

Planning to raise a complaint in consumer court & share you on next business day. Invoice attached for ref.

I brought a RO purifier. After installation it didn't worked and the service engineer approved of replacement which was immediately conveyed to their maintenance service. I have been waiting for their response for quiet sometime while continuously contacting, asking them for replacement without any result. Then I contacted the dealer for help, since the dealer was our own cooperative stores, (Atomic Energy Employee Cooperative Stores- Kalpakkam) they assured all kind of help, they refused to sell any product from Whirlpool. This way I got the replacement, that too with a lower end product.
