The products overall are great no complaints really other than the@ and " keys being switched but I paid for express processing and I can tell you it was far from express and was promised a refund for it but never got it and due to the customer service being a joke of having to keep checking back on the chat instead of an emails or something I just couldn't be bothered to keep messaging about it

I opted for fast-track delivery and it did not disappoint. I received constant updates from where it was dispatched in China all the way to my front door. As for the product itself, I love it. I was a bit weary of some of the minor issues that the other reviews specified but I personally haven't experienced any. It does take quite a few seconds to boot up but I'm sure that's down to the OS rather than the product itself. I've also seen that it's somewhat easy to replace the OS with an easier one but I'm happy with the default.
