I had a referral for Pain Management sent from my spine surgeon. The Wexner schedulers sent me to one of their surgeons instead. So I had to reschedule a d comeback months later. After getting back there, The nurse Christina mcghee comes out and proceeds to tell me to leave and go get physical therapy. I had already been doing that and my surgeon did not recommend more.
I guess my money wasn't "green" enough for them or maybe Anthem BCBS isn't.
