Do NOT order anything for this company! Took a month to get my order and when I opened the BAG (not a shipping box) the item was broken. Contacted customer service and they said they'd reship the item but it was on back order and would take 3-4 week to ship. I should have received the reorder by Feb 1st but here it is Feb 17 and NO ONE will get back to me. I've sent several emails to the contact that organized my reorder but NO ONE will respond! I want my $45 dollars back!
Extremely happy and I haven't even gotten my product yet! They responded to my email within 24 hours and promptly took care of my concern and even gave me 15% off my purchase! Will definitely recommend and buy from them again!

Answer: Once in a while they really ship something to a customer. Then that customer submits a positive review on their facebook account. I posted a negatieve review there and it was immidiatedly removed. They also cannot be contacted through phone or through postal addres. Only through email. These are all alarming signs.
