I paid them over $250 worth in coupons and I still haven't received a massage as they have cancelled twice only 2 hours before the appointment having booked off work to even GET an appointment. I've been waiting over months for an appointment on the weekend and they keep telling me there is no therapist available and I have to re-request a date. Sometimes as far as months ahead so I can't even refund it back as I've waited over half a year. Save your money and get a real massage that's worth it. The therapists are probably horrible
This company owes lot of money to the therpists and many of them left to deal and others are waiting. People have a common sense, how they can afford to offer you massages at the price which is more than you pay to buy deal? Tank is drying up... do you remember Dealfind.com?
Hi Khan- Thank you for expressing your concerns with We Massage and for the kind feedback. We offer clients favorable rates on massage (some cases at a loss) in order to attract and maintain a wonderful relation, in hopes they come back as a regular paying customer the next time, so we may then benefit from future orders, so it's a small marketing expense. The only time we experience a substantial loss is when we offer discounted service and therapists who are aligned with us either solicit and / or clients attempt to book direct, which is against company policy and does cause for a negative return, but we hope to avoid this and do run on an honor system. The company is currently undergoing some restructuring and due to some of our partners not paying us on time (which we have expressed concern to on an individual basis, those who are in mention - not all) this has put us in a position of delay for some professionals who are within our Team, yes. The company has always paid out in full since inception and will always fulfil all payment requests and we appreciate those if any who may have been affected by a delay and their kind patience while we smooth out a few underlying administration issues, but this will not affect service. We know this will be resolved shortly and have been in communication to offer solution and expedite any concern. We are a strong and valued company and we value our team and client base and are in the midst of creating a better platform and user experience for all. We appreciate those standing by us in times of growth and when some unforeseen circumstance arises and be supportive.

I want to commend WeMassage for the great service they offer. I recently had my first massage with them and it was totally worth it. I have read comments about the lack of response from customer service but my experience was completely the opposite: within minutes of sending emails I got responses every time! The massage therapist I had was extremely professional, kind and courteous and really did provide the type of massage I was looking for. I have attended many massage clinics and this is one of the best I have had as the therapist was very skilled and catered to my needs. I highly recommend this service! Thanks WeMassage for a great experience.
These folks are not at all reputable! Save yourself the hassle. Help to put them out of business. Do not purchase anything from WeMassage.ca. Please!

After a quick review, I do see a few completed bookings in March, of 2015 on file and you have redeemed your buy, so that's great! We offer the 3 for 1 gift card promotion to valued clients who are new and returning, as a 'Thank You' for their interest and loyalty to We Massage. Our passion is providing quality and professional care nation-wide, both in-home and in spa and we also aim for the booking process to be just as relaxing and understand your prior wait time was unreasonable. We appreciate you continuing with the service as intended when we did connect, although the prior delays may not make you excited to move forward. We do our best to expedite the confirmation process, but since we offer many booking preferences and depending demand and staff availability, sometimes a couple people out of the hundreds plus we treat weekly, may experience a wait period and we are sorry. We have many professionals with wonderful availability eager to accept reservations requests in most markets, while others where the demand is high, so we are constantly hiring to prevent such an issue.

Tried booking numerous times... no response... tried e-mailing company... no response... tried calling... got answering machine during typical operating hours... scam alert!
Have since gotten in contact with them via email... they keep on trying to make appointments for me that are not picked up by any of their masseurs... delaying my refund asking me to be patient.
Aweful aweful awefull customer services. Call at least 10 times, never any body on the phone. Left phone message and never return phone call. Email them yesterday and multiple times, no response so far. I'm starting to think this online business is a total scam

Answer: Don't do it! I bought vouchers 2 years ago, have tried numerous times to book, even with the help of Bianca, and asked for a refund numerous times since i have still yet to get service or the refund. BEWARE!
Answer: If We Massage is a reputable company Bianca, why aren't you working on improving your service? I did only look at the good reviews on your website before I purchased 2- 60min. Massages, now I've joined the ranks of these many dissatisfied customers, wish I would have seen these reviews first. If you want to succeed as a successful business maybe you should consider investing in a larger communications team. Taking a month or two to respond to a client's request or email is bad business not a delay. If your company had many good reviews, I'm sure people would write about it, social media is huge. However that is not the case for your business, customers are writing bad reviews because they are unsatisfied with the lack of service, wait times("delays"), communication problems to name a few. The business concept is great, but its failing as a service company.

Answer: Good luck! It took many months before i got an appointment. Weeks would go by without a reply to email. I doubt that you'll ever get a reply by telephone. My opinion. Based on experience. The more you read, the more you'll see other very negative reviews about wemassage. Scam alert! Avoid!

Please excuse any day of cancellation if there was therapist illness or any urgent matter that held them from seeing an appointment through day of. Our policy is to notify the client promptly, and would ask for a kind understanding given the situation. We have a team of over 600 professionals, so almost everyday a few people call in sick, have an urgent personal matter or car trouble and need to request a reschedule, and this is never in anyones best interest, but we need to be understanding.
