Sales associate called letting me know one of the itmes I ordered was not avaivable but had a different option and was able to fill the order rather than just canceling the item.
Order #******* — pants and a Light Sand shirt for my beach wedding.
- Placed the order and got an immediate confirmation.
- Then got a backorder notice saying the shirt would ship up to a week late. No issue — I had time.
- That Friday evening I got a voicemail saying the Light Sand shirt wouldn't be fulfilled at all because they weren't restocking the color.
- I left a voicemail and sent multiple texts over the following week. No reply. Total silence for a week during the busiest stretch of my wedding prep.
- The week after, they finally responded and offered Ecru or Natural as substitutes.
- Meanwhile, their website was still showing Light Sand, Ivory, and my pants all in stock. I asked about Ivory (my original first choice) and why the pants hadn't shipped yet.
- The reply at first was to keep the set together, when pressed to ship them they said the pants were also on backorder, Ivory wasn't actually in stock either, but they could make an Ivory one and ship the following week.
By that point I was leaving the country for my wedding in a week. Nothing would arrive in time. I requested a refund. As I'm writing this, the website still shows these items available.
The fit and fabric might be great — I'll never know. What I can speak to is that their inventory system doesn't reflect reality, their communication goes dark for a week at a time, and they held a shippable item hostage "to keep the set together" for a matching shirt that didn't exist. If you're shopping with a hard deadline like a wedding, factor that in.
I bought this for my husband for our 10year wedding Anniversary, i checked the sizing and it came perfect, he loves it and shipping was faster than expected.
Googled peach linen men's short sleeve button down for wedding rehearsal dinner and it popped up and I quickly ordered it and received in quickly. Very satisfied with the quality of the linen and the shirt was very comfortable.
I ordered my usual size, large and regular fit. The shirt is snug and the material is thin. It requires professional dry cleaning and ironing it yourself would be risky.
It's amazing how much sizes differ among the various brands. Wedding Tropics appears to one those designed for the slim, beautiful people.

We ordered a suite for my future husbands (our wedding) and it became backordered well after the order was placed. Still not received so we had to look elsewhere. Also, the shipping takes a very long time for being in US and I have to pay a significant amount to guarantee these clothes arrive for our wedding.
I am a little confused, you (Jerry) ordered 3 shirts on April 1st using our standard free shipping method. All 3 shirts were in stock and nothing on back order. The 3 shirts were shipped on the 3rd, and received on the 6th. Today you ordered using rush shipping, Is there another order you are referring to?
Would be far better if after you selected a shirt color the picture would update to that color... same with adding the embroidery colors
We have pictures for all our shirt colors and pants vests and suits as well, our stock embroidered shirts do as well - they all work when selected too - however, it is impossible to do with embroidery colors for custom as we have 350 options for that.
Experience would be far better if you could see the shirt in the actual color you selected.
Quality trousers, and the custom fit option is the most affordable way to find great linen pants at this price point. Exceptional shipping speed, and a year later our first pair are still holding up great after very frequent summer wear!
One of two items turned out to be back ordered, of which I was not made aware until days after purchase. But I did receive a reply to email which helped. There were further delays in shipping, but in the end they arrived in time.

We initially ran into some tailoring issues with one of our items, which was frustrating given the importance of timing for a wedding. However, Kevin personally reached out and handled everything quickly and professionally. He made it right without hesitation, and that level of customer service completely turned the situation around.
Beyond that, the product itself exceeded expectations. We've now purchased 5 jackets and 6 vests, and every piece has been high quality with a great fit. The material was exactly what we needed for a tropical wedding—lightweight, breathable, and still polished.
Shipping was fast, communication was clear, and the final look came together perfectly. It's rare to find a company that stands behind their product the way this one does.
Hi Robin, very sorry to hear this. When we tailor your suits we can only go off the measurements that are provided to us. We do try to correct wrong measurements when we catch inconsistencies, but it is not always full proof that we catch. We are contacting you to find out what went wrong and which measurements were incorrect. If we find it is our fault, we will remake and reship at our cost. If we find it was not our fault, we will remake at a substantially discounted price. Either way we are here to correct the issue no matter who's fault.
The order took a while to be delivered. No special size. Just a general. Size 2xL
And. This shirt does not look anything like the photo! This looks like a work shirt. Absolutely not fit for wedding or other special occasion. It is Way over priced in my opinion
Hi Shelly, we are sorry that you feel that way! You ordered a chocolate brown shirt, it is not usually a color that is customarily to be worn at a wedding. Yes regarding the timelines, these are all new colors and it is taking a little longer, we do apologize for the wait.
Wish sizing and choosing was simpler. Otherwise good.
The pants finally arrived, and they are excellent! The quality and fit are perfect. My only issue was the delivery time. They took a week, or longer, than expected. Also, two emails, and two calls went unreturned. Finally received a response after a text.
I don't know what you want me to put here, the online shop is fine and I actually got my product

Hey Toby, I do apologize for the inconvenience of this. At the time of your order, all sizes on this light sand shirt that we were out of stock were marked as such, except for the size you ordered unfortunately. The XL was not marked out of stock on this product, and as explained it is a discontinued color. This color has been replaced with our two new colors.
The two new color shirts and the pants you ordered are not in stock in our US fulfilment at this time, but are technically in stock. All items including new colors as well as some of our older colors are all sitting on a shelf and ready to ship, just they are in our overseas warehouse still and not in our US warehouse. Unfortunately, this year due to the events in the middle east, we were not able to ship our sea shipment in the normal scheduled yearly window of time and as a result, we are not able to receive in our US warehouse until our late summer shipment. However, we do receive a DHL box 1-3 times a week that includes all our out-of-stock orders which bridges our stock requirements. It is fast, and many times we are able to make the 7-10 days timely without disruption. It is for that reason we leave them in stock. We are very mindful of this and while it’s not an ideal situation for us, it does for the most part work. For all our non-US warehouse stock, our rush shipping options are disabled to avoid customers whose need is before we can supply.
I also want to sincerely acknowledge that there was a breakdown in communication here. To clarify the records of timeline we have on our end: the order was placed on April 7th, 2026. You were notified via out-of-stock email on April 8th. We received a message from you indicating this as well as well as your tight timeline. Our manufacturing team then confirmed to us on April 10th that the Light Sand fabric was no longer available as it has been discontinued and replaced with 2 new colors. We followed up with you on April 11th offering those two colors two you; after reviewing our communications and according to our voicemail records, we did not receive a response from you for approval of the new colors until Sunday April 19th, in which we replied to you on Monday April 20th our next business day. I believe this is where our accounts differ. We have no record of you contacting us via voicemail or otherwise during the week between April 11th, and all the way until April 19th. Unfortunately, it was getting too close to your deadline by that time.
During our April 20th response, we attempted to offer alternative in-stock options to help ensure your order could still be fulfilled in time for your departure date. While we do have some issues with some stock in our US warehouse, we do have many more that are in stock here locally for immediate shipping. I understand those alternatives did not work for you, and I’m sorry if the overall communication or timing did not come through clearly or quickly enough.
