Make sure you order the right size the first time, because if you need to exchange it, you will wind up paying half of the cost of the item to accomplish that. We bought a $60 shirt from here, had to exchange it for a different size and in the end wound up paying $33 in total shipping costs. They charged me $6 for the return label, had to buy a padded envelope to ship it back for $3, then twice was charged $12 in shipping. Never again.

Shipping costs are not free. Maybe your complaint of high shipping costs due to your mistake of ordering the wrong size should be directed to the shipping companies?
An associate followed up by email promptly regarding my order; there were some stock issues with exactly what I had ordered. She quickly helped find an alternate stitch color that I think actually ended up being a nicer match for our special day, got it shipped promptly and arrived as expected. Nice quality shirt, I looked my best when it mattered! Thanks!

Initially did get one of my items but I sent a message and it was shipped in a day or two and I got it immediately with no questions asked.
Order process was seamless. Received the box when expected and the items are in great condition and the sizing is pretty close meaning there wasn't a large vanity based gap as you would find with most clothing. I am happy with the purchase.

Attire was well unfortunately I ordered a size too big and had to return it. At the moment waiting for response on refund so I may purchase size I need for wedding.
