I ordered a short sleeve Bradford shirt for a wedding. When I received the shirt I was very pleased with the quality of the fabric. The color is stunning! I was also surprised at how quickly it arrived.

Unable to exchange pants/shirt due return policy not being clear when ordering

After speaking with Kevin, the issue was resolved and a solution was offered. Kevin provided excellent customer service and listened to my concerns regarding the return/exchange policy when ordering.

Looks like the pants you make are hand-made, although the quality of the details should be better, according to the price paid for them.
I am sorry you feel this way, I assure you these are all machine made. It would be impossible for us to keep up with our demand doing anything hand made. However, you did order a custom made pant with lining. Our custom clothing is not bulk made as our standard stock is, they are made on a one on one basis so do not use our bulk cutting process which uses an automatic laser cutter, it is hand cut. Sorry you feel $106 is expensive for a custom made pant with lining. I sent an email asking you specifically why you feel this way which might involve sending pictures. I hope you are able to be more specific so if there is something we need to address on our side we can do so, we have never had anyone else ever tell us this before.
