Paid top dollar for Express International Postage item didn't ship for three days. That was over 3 weeks ago and goods still haven't arrived. When I contacted support was told in a six word response "we only ship goods UPS internationally". Hey heads up guys you could have put that at checkout time! Instead you charge me for freight and don't deliver on it, no refund has been offered on my freight and still don't know if my goods will turn up. Don't recommend their customer service it is crap and their shipping it is well below average!
Being a Canadian I was skeptical about attempting to import a scope from the USA. But the good people at Weby Shops made the process very simple and straight forward. I would not hesitate for even a second to order anything from Weby Shops again in the future. The quality customer service and amazing prices are enough to ensure my repeat business.

Two orders with Weby over a couple of months. 1st wrong product shipped, had to return ship item, wait for them to receive it, then ship correct item. 2nd order proper items received one was defective. Went thru run around to return, waiting for Weby to ship the new one back Lots of delays, customer service not very responsive. Only bright spot is pricing is good, but be prepared for delays and hassle of geting it right.

The site was good, the product shipped quickly and was everything I expected, but the pricing could have been more competitive...
I´m from Iceland and my order was sent straight away from them and arrived here 5 days later, that´s faster than average.
We were uncomfortable about the card verification process so they offered us to pay via paypal and held the order for another week while we activated a new account to make the deal. During this time the special offer changed but we paid the original price, despite this trouble.
They kept their word 100% and that is something we like.

Purchased a $1,000.00 hybrid EoTech optic while on the phone talking to the very polite associate. I called in not knowing anything about the optic and he stayed on the phone with me for almost 20 minutes answering all my questions. Never did I feel rushed and he was very honest with all his answers. I had never purchased anything from this company before but I can assure you this will not be my last purchase with this upstanding company. Keep up the great work!

In reading some of the negative reviews (and being in business for over 30 years), I know that occasionally things do go wrong and it's my (the owner's) responsibility to make it right as fast as I can so the customer will be happy and hopefully come back. Even if they don't return, I need to fulfill my end of the bargain because they hired me to do it and 'Karma' is a b#@*h!
I have also learned this: Sometimes you will NEVER make some people happy regardless of what you do!
