Great prices, great selection, and outstanding customer service. Not a bad thing to say. Had a problem with my order. I don't find that a problem. What is important to me is how a company resolves the problem. I was completely satisfied.

I received the package I ordered with no issues but decided as soon as it arrived that I did not want it. I took it back to the post office once I got it and returned to sender without ever even opening the package. I was given a refund minus 5%of the total purchase price. That is a large amount and I dont think I should be charged a restocking fee since I never even open the package.

This is a great trustworthy site. Shipping was quick and item was well packed and protected. Thanks so much. I would buy again. A++.

I was visiting family out-of-town when I placed my order and wanted it shipped to that address... different from my billing address. Webyshops caught this and put a hold on the order until we could talk. I really appreciated their attention to detail and making sure they were dealing with a valid order and not a fraudulent use of my credit card.
The item was shipped quickly and just what I ordered.

I ordered a rifle scope 10 days before xmas and paid extra for 2 day delivery. It didn't ship until January 5th. I emailed the company several times and they were quick to respond but I was told it shipped just to find out it hadn't. I couldn't get them to reship either. It arrived January 8th. This was a gift for my 13 year old son.

I feel lucky to have stumbled onto this website after waiting months for two large, market leading sites to have available the scope I was looking for. The webyshops site is easy to use and my scope arrived with surprising speed. I made sure to tell my hunting friends about it.

I ordered a scope from the website and it wasn't available but they quickly got in contact with me and offered me an upgrade for the same price. The customer service is excellent and their prices are great. They also have fast shipping. I recommend them highly.
