The website is really restricted with lots of bugs. It lags out alot. Doesnt seem to work with anything. You cant make any changes and they basically tell you if you want to change something you need to make a new account and pay for everything all over again. Its easy to use but at the same time its missing a lot of things that sites like wordpress or shopify have. The costumer service line hardly works and their chats. One time i was waiting for over 1 hour and no one even showed up. ( this is during their working period) - i emailed them and didnt get a reply.( sometimes they work, sometimes they dont?). Also, i had a few orders that i didn't receive emails for. I contacted them about why i didn't get notified for my orders and they said i did. I told them i didn't. They kept arguing with me about it. I then did a test one to see if my customers would get notified and it didn't go through either to them or me. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. I just wanted to make sure that my orders went through properly and I get notified when they come but they just said thats what it it. I asked them for a refund and they said no refund. Recently I had a problem with it again and now they are saying they only have refunds within 30 days. But before when i asked them they said they had no refunds ( when i was still within the 30 days). Now i just talked to them and told them alot of their problems they said if i want a refund it has to be within 30 days. Before I had just asked them within 30 days and they said they dint do refunds. This site is just fraud... im so confused at their costumer service and what they do. I honestly dont believe that all these 5 star reviews are real. Just does not make any sense how everyone is raving about this website. I dont recommend others using this.
