One of the worst businesses to work with, no support, no help and their website won't work. Truly a scam, and a waste of time and energy, This is also a cybercrime, as they failed to provide the service after accepting payment and promising delivery. I have written an email to FIA and NR3C regarding this matter we are just some of the people who cameout and exposed these guys. Kindly whoever sees this go to serach "cyber security issues complain pakistan" and then go to both "FIA cyber crime online complain and *******@nr3c" and then go to report a crime, and write in as much detail as possible about how they took the money and did not provide service.
Stay away from them; they are complete scammers and frauds. They advertise SSD and 2GB RAM, but once you purchase their services, you receive extremely slow hosting and zero customer support. Despite claiming a 15-day refund guarantee, they won't actually refund your money. When you ask for a refund, they don't even bother replying to your messages. Their WhatsApp support is the worst; they hide the "seen" option and ignore your messages. I suspect that all those 5-star reviews are fake. So, do not trust them. I have screenshots of all my messages and WhatsApp interactions, which can prove that they are scammers and frauds.
