Pepper is women's underwear and I purchased 9 bras and 2 panties in 6 months. They encourage 'bundling' for minimal discounts. Then they started a "REWARDS" program. I had an order ready, with multiples for a tad price reduction and used my $10 'reward' only to have bundle discount dropped! Bottom line, my use of 'rewards' ADDED $22 to my order so I cancelled it. Wouldn't you? Then they refused to add it back in. I might have used it on a different order but they stopped responding AND removed me from mail list. They need a lesson from Kohls on how you keep and tempt customers. They also don't make underpants in real sizes. A medium barely fits and I'm 105 pounds. Who wears the XXS XS and S? Look for a pro-customer company. Pepper is NOT it.
