My worst experience of all time is dealing with this company. I lost a lot dealing with them, plans down the drain and they won't stop pressuring for more funds but they won't allow my own withdrawal. I read a review about them on a forum and how (sᴜᴘᴘᴏʀᴛ-s ᴛᴀᴛɪᴏɴ . ᴄᴏᴍ) was able to get money back from them. I reluctantly reached out to this team via their website and i can say it was the best thing i ever did to help myself. I got refund of my money in just few weeks of works. Please don't lose hope!

I use this for the HYSA. I withdrew money for rent one day and they closed my account. I've continued to send emails to them, but they continuously ignore me. I call them, and they hang up on me.

They didn't give me my money back until weeks after they closed my account. If you are desperate for answers, they are probably the worst possible place to come to. I've been waiting almost two months for them to acknowledge me, and I've sent an email once every week or two.

Not worth the bps if you're either older or already tax savvy. Index funds make more sense.
