Strongly not recommended to buy online from this company. Their website seems alright and the information and photos from their showroom seem also fine but as online purchase experience it is frustrating.

First they list the cafetto Renew 6x25g descaler in its retail box not as loose sachets (photo will be attached if allowed) so I ordered quantity of it, upon checking after i paid in whatsapp I discovered that the assumption that they will send loose sachets, so I explained that that will be of no use to me and total loss and that I am willing to wait till they get them in retail boxes, they said they would check with the supplier because there is MOQ which they might not want to order. I waited for their confirmation of their decision and sent whatsapp and email enquiries on several days but all that went not replied. The problem is that I made the payment by international transfer so I cannot cancel the transaction or dispute like in credit card or paypal. Also even if I will get refund it is because of the misinformation in their site and yet there will be substantial loss because of the exchange rates in both directions are different. It is very frustrating. I will attach photos of the non-replied enquiries if possible.
