I needed a program to watermark some pictures so i purchased their monthly billing as they don't have any other payment method except montly or yearly billing. As it's being said on their website, if you want to cancel the subscrption you don't have that option on their website, so you have to contact them via e-mail, and they will cancel the subs for you. Said and done. It's been over 8 days now and no reply. The owner of the website doesn't reply, and my subscription is still available. I even tried to use their chat box from the website, but they won't read my message. He was last seen active on 14. Feb, and now it's 16 feb. Please if you want to use a watermark program do not use this website as you will get caught in a forced monthly subscription with no way to cancel it. ALSO THEY WON'T GIVE YOU AN RECEIPT. I ONLY HAVE THE BANK STATEMENT THAT MY MONEY WAS TAKEN.
