I was looking for a slim type of "fanny pack" and this fit the bill. All I wanted to do was fit my phone w/ a case, wallet, and small items (ie. Lip balm). As a plus size gal, I wasn't sure about the length of the strap (plan on a crossbody hold) so I purchased the extender...didn't need it. LOL! Thanks for offering this!

Delivery was timely. I haven't used the panniers yet, as the weather to ride is not clear and warm enough. I checked out the bags and all look great quality for the price. Lots of room and the top/backpack bag will come in handy to take stuff with me, when I leave the bike parked for long periods of time. I have a Waterfly sling bag I took with me to Italy, which was excellent for what I needed, so I chose their panniers for my bike.

I bought two pair of Waterfly Waterproof Short Length Socks – was so impressed with how comfortable they were (and their beautiful turquoise colour!) that I passed one pair along as a gift to someone who I knew would also really appreciate them. They have more stretch than other waterproof socks I've tried. I've already worn them through soaker-puddles several times and they continue to keep my feet dry! One consideration is that they took almost three weeks to be delivered, a week before they left China, and then almost two more weeks to cross Canada – so if you need them, plan ahead! Also, the description on the packaging had some grammatical and spelling errors – which compromised their presentation as a gift. But I would buy them again, no concerns around them being waterproof, which was most important to me! Thanks Waterfly!

I tried to contact customer service to return my product and there is no such thing, the email on the website and in the order info bounced back and the chat doesn't work. Horrible. Would never order from them again.

Comparing this to a similar bag I have from Eddie Bauer. Wanted this one because it holds two small water bottles (my other bag holds one) and I like the phone pocket. Problem: The piece of plastic ware for holding the strip in place is harder to use than my old bag. Another problem: Though there are two water holders, (my old bag has one), and they are very small and hard to use. Plus, for 2-3 hour hikes I only want to carry one small water bottle. So I'm not sure I actually care about the double water holder.

Since I usually carry my phone in my pants pocket anyway, today I used my old bag for hiking since it's easier to use plus it's lighter and it's very hot out. I was perfectly content using my old bag. Once it gets cooler I may use the Waterfly bag again. We'll see.
