We purchased the H2Go Bolt to go in our swag bags for an upcoming company summit. The website was user friendly, we did a chat with a team member and were provided with a quote quickly. From start to finish the ordering process was quick and efficient and Briana was a big help. Once our order was complete we received our order in less than a week! We couldn't be happier how our logo looks on the bottle and can not wait for our team to find them in their swag bags!
Jessica was extremely helpful with the order. I was tight for time, and she got the product to me earlier than anticipated which was a total bonus. She responded promptly and ensured I had all my ducks in line to get it to me on time.

I was looking for quick customized travel coffee mugs for our office and began an online chat with Briana. She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and moved the process along quickly which I very much appreciated. Within 30 minutes of chatting with her I had proofs of 3 different products and ordered that same day. I received the finished products approximately 10 calendar days after ordering them and they are stunning. I cannot recommend this company enough and will definitely be using them again.

We're so happy with our H2Go Fresh infuser bottles! This was our first order with waterbottles.com and the price was better than anywhere else I found, the quality is outstanding, and it was delivered earlier than expected. I even ran a test one through the (no heating element) dishwasher and it came out perfect, no fading or anything. The only thing I would say it's a bit of a confusing process. I chatted with an online rep because they were offering discounts, then the contact method switched to email, then instead of being able to order on the website I had to pay through an invoice link because of the special pricing. So it all worked out but it definitely wasn't as straightforward as: get a promo code, place your order online, send in your artwork, get your finished product. Overall I'm really glad I came across waterbottles.com and ordered the particular bottles we did. They ended up being exactly what I envisioned for our retreat!
