Quality product. Great service and price
I reached out to customer service and asked for some help about color selection/design. I got a very speedy reply back and the women who helping me was lovely to deal with. She compared the color that this company offers to the color that I needed to ensure that it was very close and that I was happy with it. I couldn't believe how much work she put into my order. She provided me with lots of detailed information to ensure I was getting the exact product that she was explaining to me- not just information to make me happy so I would just buy the product so she could get the sale. I really felt that she genuinely cared about give me the product I was looking for. Keep up the good work! I will most definitely be ordering from this company again and will refer it to others. Thew water bottles we order were amazing!
Excellent response time with all my questions/requests for quotes. We were disappointed when the colors we wanted were out of stock, however Briana was able to offer a similar item and we received them in time for our event.
