HORRIBLE SERVICE
June 5, 2025

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW I WOULD. WE HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR OVER A YEAR WITH NO ISSUES. WE HAVE HAD OUR EMPTY BOTTLES SITTING ON OUR FRONT PORCH FOR OVER A MONTH WITH NO NEW BOTTLES BEING DELIVERED. OUR WATER DISPENSER HAS GROWN MOLD BECAUSE THEY CAN'T BRING US NEW BOTTLES. THEY KEEP MOVING OUR DELIVERY DATE EVERY 2 DAYS. SPOKE TO A REP AND THEY GUARANTEED OUR WATER WOULD BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. GUESS WHAT NO DELIVERY. BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER A HOUR TO SPEAK TO SOMNEONE AND CAN'T REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE. LAST CALL I MADE THE REP GAVE EVERY EXCUSE ON THE NEW MERGER. I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE HOW AND WHYS OF YOUR COMPANIES INABILITY TO PROVIDE A SERVICE WE HAVE PAID FOR. CANCELLING OUR SERVICE, DON'T GET GOAT ROPED INTO SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY. THE PHOTO I POSTED IS WHAT YOUR FRONT PORCH WILL LOOK LIKE EVERY DAY.

They wont deliver you water for weeks to months but will bill you as if they have. They also charge $40 deposit per bottle. Youre supposed tp get your money back when you return the bottles which I return our bottles, but then the branch manager refuses to credit us back for the returned bottles and/or will credit us for only one bottle when we've returned 3-4. If you have hundreds of dollars of extra money to just throw away each month, take the risk. If not, use another company

Our service with water. Com/Primo was good for the first few deliveries. Then they stopped showing up - yet would bill us as if they delivered. They also charge a $40 deposit per bottle that they are supposed to refund upon return of the bottles. We would return our bottles but then they wouldn't credit us or on some occasions, we would return 3 or 4 bottles but only give us credit for one thus racking up huge bills. I have tried dealing with them for months on this issue, have spent hours on the phone with customer service and each time they say a branch manager will call me back to resolve the issues yet he never does. Mountain valley water is wonderful but find another way to obtain it as water com/Primo is a scam. They are literally crooks in how they've handled our billing. On top of it all, more recently, I was charged an admin fee due to the fact that they had to speak to be about their fraudulent billing. Unethical company with incompetent and dishonest management.

Never got my order
July 18, 2023

Never received my order, it's been over a month. Either the worst company or a fake. Do not use them. I am sure I'll never get my money back with no product. No one ever answers email or the phone

December 6, 2021

Been a customer for years. Small office with a few people. Monthly delivery of 2 bottles. Was supposed to get delivery on 11/15. Email the night before saying it is scheduled. Never came. Promised delivery on 11/29. Email the night before saying it is scheduled. Never came. Promised delivery on 12/2 or 12/3. Never came. Never contacted me. Cancelled service and moved my business. These people are terrible.

Terrible Service
September 1, 2021

I have them to deliver water to home and business. Both are terrible. Have cancel business and will cancel home service soon.

Main Issue:
Water bottle leaking. It happens 3 times. Image water leaking in your wood floor.
I complained to them, never hear any call back.

Lying to customer.
My business change business hour and ask change deliver schedule.
Head quarter said yes. And the local never did it and every time send me email said it was delivered and never happen.
It has been couple years for the service. Now I left.

Who is running this!
July 17, 2021

They are NEVER available over the phone unless you wait for 2 hours or more. I stopped my service with them and have not been able to pay my remaining balance because their website is broken and I can't get ahold of anyone. The sent me to collection and I don't understand why I have to be the one paying for their incompetence!

On 07/15 I called and waited for 2 hours so they could tell me that their system is broken and that they would call me back. It's been two days without a call back.

Update: This time, the driver left the bottles along the highway for anyone to take. I had to walk each bottle 1/8 mile to my door. If I had been injured, Water.com would have been liable. Now I have a room of empty bottles as well. What idiots. Why is there no competition so I can change service?

Update: More and more failed deliveries. Desperate to find an alternative water delivery service. Water.com is BEYOND HORRIBLE -- without a doubt the WORST customer service of any company in America. FIRE THE CEO! FIRE EVERYONE! This company SUCKS!

Update: 6 failed deliveries to date. 2+ hour holds. No service reps. No supervisors. No managers. No water. F--- you customer.

As a Sparkletts water customer, I've had the displeasure of using water.com to attempt to establish, replenish, and access service. The website constantly loses the fact that I am a registered customer, repeatedly tells me inaccurate information about my account, and repeatedly tells me I have to set up service even though I am established.

When calling the friendly ladies at the 800 number, don't be fooled. They are charming but clueless. When they say they will message the driver it appears to be a lie, and are only a buffer to protect the delivery people who do what they want without caring what is written on the website. But, don't make the mistake of challenging the women at the call center or they'll tell you that you are hurting their feelings while they simply lie to you.

If they didn't have a monopoly, I'd IMMEDIATELY change to another water service.

Oh, by the way we've been out of water for a week and they threatened to delay our deliver by another week or two -- and the website said it would be two months for our next service. Yahoo, the website now says the water is coming tomorrow. It's like Russian Roulette with your precious water supply. Do you want the drama?

I mean, we're not talking shoes here or jellybeans from Amazon. This is water and they should have their act together you'd think. They do not.
