Ordered a watch from them and was told I would have the watch in 5 weeks. 5 weeks go by and still no watch and no communication. So I called them and asked where was the watch. They told me they didn't have the watch. They sold me a watch they never had. So I asked for a refund since I was going to Vegas I could purchase a watch there. They agreed to issue me a refund. That was weeks ago! I still have not received a refund. I keep calling and emailing. They will NOT return your calls! They will continue send you email after email that "its in process". I spoke to my credit card company and they told me refunds never take more than 3 business days. They are liars! It sucks because now I am going to have to hire a lawyer.

Ordered an Omega watch from them, transaction went through, order confirmed and estimated delivery date provided.
I followed up a little later as there had been no shipping notice, and they explained the drywalled authentication process my watch was undergoing, and that was all just a part of their service, it should be expected by the delivery date.
Will, now 2 days before the delivery date, I still don't see any shipping notice, so I ask again, and then get told they don't yet have my watch (the one that they previously verified as being authenticated) and are actively looking for a supplier on it.
I lost confidence in their service, asked for my order to be cancelled, to which I was told that I would have to wait until after the expected delivery date...which they just told me wasn't even a real date. Waited 3 days, emailed back to cancel, cancellation was confirmed, and here we are, over 3 weeks later, and I have yet to see my money back...will be initiating a claim with my credit card tomorrow morning.
You sold me a watch you said you had, then you lied to me about your complex authentication process to try and cover for your first lie, then you play games about cancelling my order, and finally you hold onto my cash for an exorbitant amount of time!
During this process I had ordered and returned another watch from an international company; they managed to receive my return, inspect it, and refund my money, directly to the same card as used in this previous transaction, within a few days...there is no excuse for the delays here!
This company seems to be operating in a fraudulent manner, would recommend anyone to be going anywhere else to buy.

Its a TOTAL SCAM...
They 'sell' you a watch they don't have, take the payment and then never source or send the watch. Promise refunds that never come.
They will email you and even answer the phone, it will go on for months and months [5 months for me!]
They cancel the purchase and keep the money.
They never refund... [even though they will promise it multiple times].
Have got the Credit Card Company involved.
SAD situ - Avoid at all costs!

Don't buy a thing from this scam. Bait and switch. Ask about their inventory? They pretend they can get you a watch then hold your money. Only way to get your money back it report them to your credit card company. Hope they get shut down soon!

I was leery to make such a big purchase online. I was was looking for a watch for my wife's birthday and stumbled cross Watchrapport on google. After going through the website, I found the rolex for her. The process was okay and I'll come back again.

Great prices and selection … prices were better than you can find online which made the process very very easy.
