Super easy to order. I did request resizing of the bracelet, but watch was not resized before shipping.

Love the watch. You guys were great. You helped me follow up with UPS. Thank you! UPS however gave me the wrong delivery times, then said they would leave the package if I signed for it which they did not do. Then went to pick it up at 6pm and the driver had not returned yet. Eventually, 2 days later I finally picked it up from the UPS location. I've been wearing my watch ever since.;-)
