Relatively seamless process
Somehow, I only managed to order ONE of the two watches I intended to order. The one I ordered for myself was delivered. I only hope the other one (which I ordered on Nov. 30 as a gift for my father) comes in before Christmas. My fault, anyway.
Your "order status" function on the website is utterly useless. It only tells me when I placed my order and when I took delivery. I already know both of those things. What I want to know is if the order has been processed and when it is en route.
My order was very easy to place. The delivery was very fast and the packaging was superb. My watch is beautiful I am very pleased. I would recommend watchmax and I wouldn't hesitate ordering again.
