The ordering process was very easy. I received the watch within a week and the watch was very nice. My fiancé is obsessed with watches and he LOVED it. All he kept saying was 'this is a very nice watch.' I was hesitant because of some of the reviews but I followed my heart and placed the order anyways and I am very happy I did!
