Brand new watch received in a timely fashion. Price was competitive. The watch does not keep time and did not come with factory warranty card. They refused to give me a refund on a new watch that doesn't work ($2,200 Tag Heuer) because it was opened. Not sure how anyone would know that a watch doesn't work unless they actually use it. It was repackaged and in perfect condition when I sent back, no refund, 4-6 weeks for repair. So, I paid $2,200 for a broken watch that I will not get to use for another 4-6 weeks. Extremely disappointing.
