When I placed my order with you, it was because the site said that all your watches were new -- never used. When I received my watch, it was in the manufacturers box, BUT, it clearly was a used watch. The plastic sheet covering the face, was half off (it had been removed and placed back on, not properly), the watch was not around the cushion it comes with, it was just laying in the box and the clasp was open; lastly, the little plastic piece to keep the watch off, was removed -- i received the watch already on! How long has it been on and is the battery going to run out soon. I love the watch, but very disappointed in that it was obviously worn by someone else and returned to your company and then repackaged and sent to me. It also came with tape around the watch stating that if I cut it off, I was not allowed to return it. That sent bad vibes right away, because if it were a NEW watch and something was wrong with it, of course I should be able to return it. BUT, i think it was placed around the watch because it was USED! I will never order anything from this site again.

Easy browsing and checkout process, the watch arrived super fast but it had a dent on the bezel and no protective plastics as if wasn't new, probably used lightly. I had to send it back at my own expense ($27) so not real savings compared to other places. Waiting to see if they honor my request and send a new watch this time.
