One of the leather straps that hold down the leather band was ripped and usless. I barely had to pull it to remove it.luckily the watch has two straps to hold the band down

Incredible and easy.

Easy online processing of orders. Many payment options too. However, the watch I received in the box looked as if it wasn't packed properly. The watch was not on the display holder, the plastic on the face looked old and dessicant bag inside spilled open inside the box.
