Easy and convenient

Easy to use website, good product descriptions, large selection, good prices.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get the watch on over my hand (large hands, small wrist) and had to return it. I am very happy with the ease of returning the watch and the prompt refund of my money. I would definitely shop with Watchmaxx again because of the way they handled my return.

I received the "time" package on time. Very happy with watch quality. Belt length was not adjusted to requested size so will have to find a local jeweler to get that done.
