Good prices, communication needs improvement though, I received an answer to an emai for an offer I had made on a watch, after I had purchased and received the watch in question.
I especially appreciate that WatchMaxx provides the wrist sizing service for free. Very awesome (I don't know of any other online watch sellers offer this same service!)
Unfortunately, when my watch arrived, the re-sized band was still a bit too loose; I had to go to a local watch service place to re-size again:-(
2 days after I purchased, the exact watch had its price reduced by $65. I called watchmaxx and they were very helpful. They said since I accepted the free Norton protection service, I just needed to email them with screen shots of the new price and the email confirmation of what I paid. 7 days later I received a check for the $65. Very nice! Oh, and my Steve McQueen TAG Monaco is beautiful. I get comments on it all the time.
I highly recommend Watchmaxx. The 2.5% additional discount for paying by wire transfer was a nice bonus.

I am very satisfied with price and quality of the JLC watch which received o 10/25/16. This is my 3d watch purchase from Watchmaxx.
I contacted Watchmaxx on 10/28 and spoke to Jack regarding my request to purchase the Omega Globemaster Model: 130.23.39.21.03.001. He is currently sourcing it and will let me know in about 2 or 4 weeks the code so I can order online and pay with a bankwire.
