I was sent the wrong Breitling watch when I opened the box the first time. Izzy took care off my problem. When I did received the right Breitling, the ad said it had a screw down crown which it didn't have. Izzy said they made a mistake in the listing. I do love the watch and everyone was very nice WatchMaxx.com.

Overall navigating online was fine, checkout was simple. Product was delivered as scheduled. My issue was the watch, it wasn't the color as depicted.
