Quick and easy purchase. Item was in stock where as I would've had to wait 3 weeks on Jomashop and 3 months on Authenticwatches.com. No joke, I called to confirm and they told me 3 months.

Shipped quickly and product arrived in perfect condition. I had to call customer service to change my shipping options so the Watch could be held at a UPS location and not be delivered to my home since it requires a signature and I would've been at work when it was delivered. Got a representative on the line within a minute of dialing and he changed the shipping to meet my needs while I was on the phone with him. Sent me an email through UPS confirming change.

Couldn't have been a smoother transaction. Was going to buy at my local AD but the lowest they could get on the Watch price was $4895 plus tax. Awesome price at Watchmaxx and had it next day. Can't beat it.

Excellent customer service. I called before purchasing to find out about outlier reviews I read and the rep was confident they were fake. I wanted to know how we could be sure I'd get the watch (and the box wouldn't be empty upon arrival) and the rep walked me through the precautions they take such that if the box were to be empty upon arrival the seal would be broken and I would not have to sign for the package. As I've never purchased an item of such expense for delivery, I was hesitant, but the customer service was excellent and I gave it a try. The watch arrived the day it was expected, was in great condition, in manufacturers Breitling packaging, and ready for wear (albeit at a fraction of the cost I'd find with any Jeweler!)

I'd most definitely recommend to anyone looking for the best deal on the market and would purchase from wWatchmaxx again and again!
