My second purchase from watchmaxx happy both times. I was very frustrated with ups. They misrouted my package and it arrived day late. This is by no means the end of the world. What drove me crazy was that for a day they seemed to have no idea where it was and refused to look beyond the same tracking number search that is available online. Needless to say this was frustrating for an expensive watch. Finally on my 3rd call I got a manager who put (literally) 30 seconds of work in and find out it was only in the next town over and would arrive in one to two days. None of this is Watchmaxx's fault. They are great and i recommend them and their products, but if I order again in the future I will refuse ups as carrier.
