The free sizing was not mentioned when l spoke on the phone, don't forget it when you order your watch.
The 30 day satisfaction return is invalidated if anything, such as the paper on the band that prevents it from snapping closed, is removed. To close the band, to check the fit, you need to remove a paper seal, then you have no return guarantee. Be aware of this when ordering.
The watch was factory new as advertised.
