For some reason the item was showing out of stock or unavailable when I tried to make the purchase. Thankfully I tried one more time and it let me proceed with the checkout.

Straightforward ordering process
Very easy to navigate the web site. My transaction was smooth. My one disappointment was the watch was shipped using FedEx which is no problem. The problem was I couldn't have the package held at a FedEx location which mean someone had to be home to sign for it. That's not always possible. So it would be nice if WatchMaxx allowed the package to be held. It still has to be signed for when picked up. So using signature required would still apply.
