This company has several other core values that center around satisfied player base. The reality is that they are not a free-to-play company. The have shifted their focus to solely monetary pay-for-play game play. They leave the gaming community to police themselves and the amount of mods/cheating that has been recognized and shown to this company is overwhelming. Consider working for another company and/or gaming with other games. World of Tanks is their main money-maker and it has been on life-support for a long time. War Thunder plays much better. This company ignores, denies, and punishes its customers. They deny like a typical sociopath any wrong doing and will in-fact twist facts around to make you feel you are the problem. Let's be clear. They are clearly the problem and no denying not worthy of your time, money, or energy. Companies like this lead to so many people being hurt and considering self-harm. The lack of evidence to support meeting their mission is eye-opening.

I played ALL the Wargaming online games long enough to know that it is the most overpriced game on the internet. For the prices they charge, It really isn't that good of a game and hardly has any maps, which do repeat over and over. The game owners must be making bank since everything cost way too much. When you buy things in game, or should I say rent, you get little bits of things and the game is created to force you to spend more. For a little better performance or a better Plane, Ship, or Tank. You have to pretty much purchase all the ones between the one you want and the very first one of the list, which sucks. The planes, ships, and tanks are not balanced properly in the tiers or how they are in reality and usually there is one person using an item that isn't available for everyone and is killing the heck out of others which is so unfair and depressing after any cash investment. Tech support will communicate with you, but they will not change anything that may decrease a penny of profits in the slightest. The graphics are very nice and this helps, but the planes are so tiny, you can't see the details. Also, the game initially is free, but if your not very good at gaming, you will be stuck at that level. So, before you start playing, think about all this and save your money

Wotb is the best game for tanks out there, you'll be a fool to say the things wargaming does is negative.

Don't waste your money on this game. Customer support is appalling, all they are interested in is money and how they can rip you off.

This company takes unapproved payments, will not refund and is very rude if you can prove you didn't make the order. They also won't help you close your account either under GDPR

I play for 10 years those games and is a real embarasament what they do, all the business is oriented to those who pay for premium.

For example if you buy a new tank in WOT...2-3 weeks that tanks is very good, after a while you will get in $#*!ty teams, and make damage less and less so you have to buy a better one...

Wow, first it doesn't function. Now after Russian has invaded Ukraine, it's the ultimate scam. Such a obvious difference now in how things have changed mechanics wise, playability and toxicity of their player community. Totally took the kids off of this platform. Racist commenting, trolling and cyber bullying continues to be an issue with this company aside from the kids watching their game not function. Horrible. Delete and stay away. I wouldn't be surprised if the company hacks their customers.

I stopped playing this game a year ago. Best decision I ever made! Abandoned all my gold, credits, & tanks. I left with a 54% win rate, 7000 PR, & over a 1800 WN8. Matchmaker was pure cancer! You were either on a team that was completely slaughtered (more so than not) or was on a team that flat out wasted the other team by 15-1. Matchmaker/WG for some reason likes to punish good solo players & put them on really bad teams from tier 8 to 10. It get's old when you're the only blue player on your team & you're the last one alive cause MM decided to team you up with complete rejects that after 20,000 games still haven't bothered to learn anything. Glad I never spent that much real $$ on it. Adios suckers!
