Why does the Wanroy company fail to respond to my request for tech support. Your website states they will respond within 24 hours, Sent in 2 request,5 and 3 days ago and haven't heard anything! Side note-Ordered 4 batteries, did receive shipping notification which shows only one being shipped as stated by quantity and weight on fedex shipment document. Order # 8089, Please call me *******065

The seller is reliable, sociable. The L7 Miners came to the door, perfectly packed, without damage. They are full sealed and brand new. It's been a month. They work stable, the performance is great. I definitely recommend wanroytech.com; You can purchase without any danger. In the near future I will try miner in the case, I may add a review.

Bought ten S19 XPs on July 29th and arrived on August 7th. Super fast! They arrived well packaged and arrived earlier than expected.

I ordered this WANROYT500 in March and so far I'm very happy with my purchase. 500 watts is more than what I need for my type of camping. It can run my space heater for over 1 hr. Or more if I do it intermittently. I just charged it with the included ac charger plugged in to a small 400 watt inverter while driving. The best thing is I was able to buy it at Amazon.ca. WANROY has got a good reputation for it's product and I highly recommend it to my friends.

Facts have proved that the choice of WANROY is correct. Originally bought it to hang LED shop lights for my tent at the fair, I sell traditional handmade jewelry, and I need LED lighting every night, and it lasts 5-6 hours, which is great.

My home is by the sea, and whenever there is a power outage during hurricane season, WANROY can charge my phone, light, small fan or TV, which is really convenient.

My dad is 70 years old and has a CPAP machine. Although he already has a generator, there are frequent power outages where he lives, so I bought him a WANROY T500 so he can plug his CPAP into it in the event of a power outage. It can also be used for mobile phones, TVs, and coffee machines. It is very convenient. It is very light to hold and is very suitable for outdoor fishing.

I like the functionality and battery life. This product is great it served me well during an outage. I purchased this product just in time. It came in handy when the power went out in my neighborhood. I was able to plug in my refrigerator, internet router, Smart TV and lamp.

This little thing is awesome. It's so small and lightweight, it's shocking how much capacity it has (540Wh). It can handle a peak surge of 500 watts. Plenty of USB plugs for charging multiple phones, and the AC output can run laptops, small appliances, and pretty much anything 300 watts or less. I've plugged in heat lamps, coffee grinders, a small blender, LED lighting, the works. SUPER Quiet operation as well.

I'm currently using this as a battery backup for my fish tanks to be able to run their pumps and heaters during a power outage. Lasts longer than some of the UPS backups I've had and it's 1/20 the weight!

I live in Florida and this is a must for power outages, camping and hurricane preparation. It is simpler than a traditional generator. It's easy to use, and the display can clearly see if it's fully charged. It has plenty of outlets and ways to charge. Ready to buy solar panels, great product!

This WANROY T500 is my first modern portable solar generator and I am very pleased with its functionality and usefulness. It's not my only source of power in an emergency, but in an extended outage I can keep my home fridge and garage freezer running for at least 5 hours, and longer with available solar power.
