I downloaded the Walking Yoga app but never subscribed to any paid plan and never authorized any recurring payments. Despite this, the company charged my bank account twice (€28.55 and €84.99). I received no confirmation, no contract, and no proof of consent for any subscription.

When I contacted Walking Yoga, they refused to issue a full refund and only offered 50%, even though they cannot show any evidence that I agreed to a paid service. Their communication is evasive, unprofessional, and provides no real solution.

This feels like a misleading subscription trap, where users are charged without clear consent and then denied proper support. I have reported this to my bank, consumer authorities, and multiple complaint platforms.

I strongly advise others to avoid this app and be cautious with any unexpected charges.
