I wish I could say anything about the products, but after almost two months I haven't received anything yet. A refund is not possible I was told. So all I can do is wait... It's a dead loss.

I don't even know where to begin... placed an order and took almost 2 months to receive. Kept emailing telling them I just wanted to cancel and was told I couldn't cancel it and there is a delay due to the promotion. Not my problem, but they just some how had part of my order in stock bc they were able to send it right out. Then had to wait longer for the rest of my order which I emailed complaining about and again were able to send it right out. Kept saying I wanted to talk to someone in charge and for a phone number which they refused to give me. Then they send me the wrong size. The bag said one size and the waist trainer was 4 sizes smaller than what it was supposed to be. Was told they couldn't do anything about it bc I didn't let them know within 24 hrs from reveiving it. Don't let them steal your money. They are scammers and crooks! Wish I could give negative stars.

I ordered items from this website, i received the items but 2 items are too small while i am a small size, and the other two items are worst,, bad quality. So I returned all items and since they dont have refunds, I exchanged for larger items dor the teo and the other items as replacements,, it has been 4 months i did not receivw the items, i called and they told me there is a shipment coming on last week of april and i will be notified of the shipment, so i waited but then i did not receive any items so i chatted with them on midpart of may and i was told they did not receive my irems yet and theres a delay, another shopment will be on last wk of may, so i waited again but no items yet so i tried to chat again amd i was told they did not receive my items yet,,, so i said ai ce they dis not fulfill their obligation it is my right to receive the money i paid to them, they said that new shipment is coming, until now no news yet, i will be contacting my credit cars company to file a dispute against them. I disnt know this is a scam. All of us should file lawsuit against this company.

My friend turned me on to waistshapers. She said they would help me with my posture and to help me smooth things out. Found this website. Figured I couldnt get a better deal than 2 for 1. Shipping said it would be 4-7 days to process then 7-10 for shipping. Cool. No problem. 2 months later I still havent received a tracking number or shipping email. Got in contact with them and they claimed (4 different times) that their shipment hasnt arrived and they would expedite it right away. Almost 3 months later I finally got my package. They are in great shape and good quality. But wayyyyyy too small. I ordered a 2x which I went by the size chart but it looks like a Small. I showed my friend them and she said they were way too small to be the right size. They said Id have to ship it back within 7 days of THE DAY THEY SHIPPED IT! When it arrived it was 11 days and I couldnt do anything. They also dont allow refunds, only exchanges. So yeah, stay away if you have curves.

I recently bought mine. The outcome has 2 sides to its. Down side of ordering is the shipping. Around May 23,2018 it took me about 3-4 weeks to receive my waist trainer. Perks are the buy 1 get 1 free and dont forget the DISCOUNTS. I got 2 for only $50! Overall its amazing no complaints it was just the shipping delay. But all these reviews had me really worried reading through them cause of there experience but overall mine was outstanding!

I needed this for an event, just a basic shaper to go under my dress to smooth some of the lumps. I paid for priority shipping and handling because I needed it in three weeks and the site said 4-7 processing days for priority handled items. Approximately May 19th, I sent an email regarding the shipping of my order (ordered April 13, event May 3) and only after my email, did it ship. I tried to cancel the order thru email, thru the chat, no luck and only after I sent the email requesting a cancellation did the items ship. I got my package and refused it at the post office and shipped it right back. I will be taking up the charges with my bank because I don't foresee a refund from the company. Beware a zero refund company. And take your money someplace else.

Why is zero not an option? I've had similar experiences as the other reviews... I am kicking myself for not checking these before ordering. I ordered May 4th 7-12 business days to process an order. My order is still unfilled. I was informed it would be done by this week, I contacted the online chat, and they are sorry for the inconvenience the delay has caused but they will be getting more orders in 7 days... They have a no refund policy, now I know why. If any company has a no refund policy there is a reason. I pulled up all the reviews and copy and pasted it to the chat, they have no turned off the chat so I don't have that option anymore. I contacted my bank and I am disputing the charge.

What a rip off, save yourselves. Do not order from them.

I ordered from this company because they seemed like a nice and honest company. Shame on me for not doing more research. Ive reached out to them MULTIPLE times asking where my product is and I get the same automatic sent message saying that it will be sent next week because theyve had a delayed shipment in product. This company is a SCAM and they WILL steal from you. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me my money back (because theyre a fraudulent website) I have a new born child Im trying to care for while this company is stealing my money. Please do not order from this website. It is so sad that websites like this still exist and they dont care who they are stealing from. In this case, an active fire fighter and a newborn child. I am BEYOND upset with this company, and my own stupidity for not doing more research before placing my order. I wish these people wouldnt lie and just give me what they already took my money for. Or give me my hard earned money back. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my bank. Stay away from this dishonest company.

They took my money, but no product was received. I communicated with them via chat on their webpage, and they said there is a shipping delay. They can not tell me when I will receive my product. They refuse to cancel my order and are in direct violation of the laws that govern online business. They are required to provide you notice of shipping delays and a new shipping date. They have not done this. They refuse to cancel my order siting their "return" policy. I have NOTHING to return! Worst customer experience I have ever had. I would give it 0 starts if I could.

Unfortunately the reviews are all the same. I had ordered 4 trainers from them in the last 2 years and I've lost almost 80 lbs. I love the way trainers make me feel and they really support my lower back which is important because I have titties bigger than I want. However, this is the first time that I have had a problem with Waistrainerz and it seems impossible to get anyone to answer. The company would be better off saying that the trainers are back ordered on their website rather than telling people it's on it's way when it hasn't even shipped. The rep on chat told me today that confirmation emails are sent with tracking numbers. Later on in the chat when I wanted a "cancellation" she said it couldn't be processed because I already got a confirmation email. I told her that was news to me as I never did, which was REALLY odd, because I upgraded my shipping at checkout to 1 day... it has been a month. These people don't understand time. Great product, horrible company, go to angelcurves for all your future trainers.
