I ordered 2 times from them with no issue... then in May I ordered again. It is now September and I STILL have no product. I've checked in every single month and keep being told "out shipments are delayed" "we don't know when new shipment will be in" " give it another 10-15business days" "we don't do refunds or exchanges"... ummmm THEY HAVE MY MINEY AND I HAVE NO PRODUCT! I finally got them to agree to let me switch from the 25 bones trainer to the 9 bones which was not in anyway what I wanted and was significantly cheaper than my original order but that was the best they would do for me. My advice is to RUN AWAY fast... go to ANY OTHER COMPANY. They are TERRIBLE.

Save yourself the headache! My purchase was made on 07/21/2019. I received no email confirmation or status update on my item. Three weeks later, I submitted a dispute with papypal. And waistshaperz responded with a tracking number. 8/30/2019 I received the package and the items are obviously wrong! Now they expect me to pay out of pocket to return their product back and wait another month for some other b. S?!? Anointed is an understatement. It's apparent that this is how they do business. Wish I would have check reviews before hand!

I placed an order in April and after a couple of months of not receiving any status update on my order, I emailed them for several months and every reply was that they didn't know when they will have the items available to ship. I finally decided to give them a call and Karina who apparently is the only one that answers the phones with bad customer service said they didn't know when they would be restocked and would have to replace what I originally ordered for something they had in stock if I no longer wanted to wait, it's now August and to avoid dealing with them I took an item I was not interested because they don't take refunds nor will they cancel your order! They are only there to take your money! DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

This is not a lesson learned, the policy was read but this is definitely a bad business when they allow the customer to make purchases online that are not in stock just to take your money! They do not communicate on your order they let you wait and wait months without notice that your item is not in stock. I'm also adding a picture of how long this lady let my phone call ring with no answer, the phone number is there to prove I called them and she would just let it ring until I called from another number.

I placed an order on 4/25/19 and as of August 28,2019 I still haven't received it! I have emailed them several times and I only get a "form" letter in return saying the same thing the same exact way. They claim they have had a delay in shipments and I would be receiving it as soon as possible. It's a lie! Then they have the nerve to say that they don't give refunds! So you won't get your merchandise AND you won't get a refund either. That is a thief!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Ughhhhh worst company EVER! Called tons of times emailed tos of times and a month in a half later still no product. Emailed manager *******@waistshaperz.com and worst customer experience ever. Cant get my $$ back $180 down the drain! Called again today just to find out my order is now on back order until Mid October which is dumb because never got a notification about any delays! Don't waste your money, effort or te with this company! They are rip offs, scammers, and horrible company and customer service. Wish i would of seen these recording before making a purchase! Ladies do your research beforehand, i wish i did! I can't believe this company still is service!

I wrote a review 2 days ago and I just got an email from PayPal and they refunded my money! Yay! Lol if any of you girls ordered with PayPal you can get your money back! Just tell them they're a scam website and that they never sent you your stuff and stole your money and you want it back! I have a picture here of a chat I sent them calling them thieves and they disconnected me out of their chat lol so glad I got my money back!

Ladies plz do not order they will take yur money nd say their shipment has been delayed. I wish I wudd have read these reviews b4 ordering. I made an order in April 2019 nd it came in may the size they recommended was too small so I made another order May 18th 2019 it's been 2 months now nd I've talked to been hung up on I have even threatened wit lawyers nd it's like they dont care it's always the same excuses "oh we apologize but we can not give a refund" "oh we apologize we do not give exhanges" and I asked why offer a promo everyday if yall cant keep inventory and not only that why havent I gotten a courtesy email about my order or a text phone call? Their website says 7 to 10 days but when the email comes in it says 8 to 15 days that shudda been a red flag for me they no longer offer the live chat nd now they dont answer their phones nor emails I jus want my money back nd for all ladies to know not to order anything from this site nd I will go forward with my lawyers

Zero rating. ONLY SELECTED ONE SO I COULD SUBMIT THIS. This company along with taking your money will not provide any solutions. They do not have the product in stock. I've been waiting for my items since APRIL and no resolution has been provided. I have been back and forth with customer service and received the same templates repeatedly. One rep tried to offer me other items instead of the ones I ordered but did not follow up. Another rep proceeded to tell me their shipments are lost but would not assist me further. This company is a fraudulent company. They will take your money. They will not assist you. There are better companies out there and this is not even in that spectrum.

If you enjoy taking your money and setting it on fire and NOT receiving your items then please buy from Waistsharperz. I almost guarantee this is a underground sweat shop. They need charges filed on them. I have stacks of paperwork ever since January 2019. They also quit answering there phones and the chat people won't answer questions they keep lying but that ok I have EVERYTHING printed out. Fixing to show them what it's all about

Please do not purchase from them because they are scamming people! Just like the other reviews I had purchased from them and 2 months later still did not recieve a shipping confirmation! Email them several times and always got a automated reply saying they are having delays. Good thing I paid with PayPal! I made a dispute against them and only then did they finally ship my items! So please look into another website! Do not be fool by their cheap sales!

I placed my order on May 2nd it is now July 10th and my order hasn't been shipped. Companies 'CHAT' keeps telling me that the product is not in stock at the moment but once they receive the shipment they will ship all order out. I asked if they had the product in different color so I can exchange since refunds are not available and the answer was "NO". When I asked why were they running another promotional sale with no inventory, I was disconnected from the chat. They have no inventory! Do Not Order!
