When connection is up and running, I don't seem to encounter many mistakes (other than having to manually recconnect StrongSwan (Android VPN client used to enact VPNarea's IKEv2 connection) sometimes after my connection changes)

The personal service from this company is outstanding. I'm not that technically minded, so struggled to get going. However, I connected with the online help and the guy that worked with me to set things up, could not have been more helpful. Since then, the service has been 100% reliable, using my Mac and PC desktop and my iOS mobile devices. Super product!
Generally it works great to get around the chinese "great firewall"; however, this only works if you configure your device beforehand, and download all the server connections. Installing VPNarea on a new device behind the chinese firewall didn't succeed, as the VPN first needs to connect to the outside to download the server configurations, and then build up the connection. This turned into a bit of a hen-and-egg problem...
Very easy to use VPN service. Great value for money. Particularly good for accessing networks in smaller countries. Great customer service.
