We had been dreaming of visiting the Galapagos Islands for a couple years. We contacted Voyagers travel and were assisted by Alex Guerrero. All seemed to be going well... the pandemic hit in March, our trip was scheduled for April, of course we could not travel.
To our suprise, Voyagers contacted us immediately and offered a full refund or the possibility to relocate our trip. Their opennes and honest approach led us to relocate and postpone our vacation.
We just got back:-). We loved the infinity yacht, the crew were very friendly and the Galapagos shined in their own light. One final surprise, Alex invited us and another couple to a 5 course dinner in Quito at INES restaurant (a true gem), he was grateful we did not cancel.
Very seldomly do we encounter such high level of customer service. Thumbs up to Voyagers and Alex.
